Parents can use their credit cards and debit cards to pay for lunch charges! MyPaymentsPlus is a pre-payment system that allow parents to make deposits into their child's meal account via the Web. The payment service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.There is a one-time, FREE registration for each parent and multiple children at various schools can be accommodated. Payments may be made by phone or over the Internet, with checking or savings accounts through an e-check, or by using debit or credit cards. (There is a 4.75 percent transaction fee for the service.) Of course, parents may continue to pay for their child's meal directly at school in the lunch line by check or cash.

Where do I obtain my Student ID or Pin #?

A Student ID or Pin # can be obtained by:
  1. Asking your child for his/her ID number that he/she uses in the school cafeterial

How long after I make my payment will the money be available in my account(s)?

In most cases it is available within 24 hours. Occasionally, external factors may affect this process and could delay when the funds are received by the school. If you have made a payment please utilize the payment tracking arrows to ensure your funds have been applied and are ready for use. Once all arrows are highlighted indicates the school has received the funds and are ready for use.

When are my payments reflected in the balances?

The MyPaymentsPlus balances displayed are immediately displayed in the pending payments area. Once MyPaymentsPlus transfers the money to your studentís school or organization it is available for use. In most cases this is available within minutes but could take up to 48 hours. If you have made a payment please utilize the payment tracking arrows to ensure your funds have been applied and are ready for use. Once all arrows are highlighted indicates the school has received the funds and are ready for use.

How can I obtain a refund?

All refunds are handled by the school cafeteria or the organization. All methods for refunds are determined solely by the School or Organization. Please contact your school for information or refund request.

Can I set up low account balance notifications?

MyPaymentsPlus provides the capability to set individual Low Balance limit amounts for each of your accounts. If the balance of any account goes below the limit, MyPaymentsPlus will send you an email.

Can I transfer money from one account to another or from one student to another?

For security purposes, we currently do not allow you to transfer money from your General account to your Meal or vice-versa. Also, we do not allow transfers from one student to another at this time. You must contact your school district to move any monies.

How can I see the purchases made in the cafeteria or the purchase history of the account?

Each district or organization sets the option to allow purchase history. The Sevier County School district does not have this option available because the system's school cafeterials do not operate with a centralized menu.

What do I do if the system says that my username or password is invalid?

Simply click on the Forgot user name or password in the Secure sign in area of the home page. For security purposes you will need to know the email address you originally set up your account.

Can I change the username and password on my account?

For security purposes, the username is not changeable. However, you may edit the password by going to your "user profile" settings in the "preferences" section of the home page. Simply click on "Change Password" under the "Username" section and type in your old and new password.

Can I make payments to multiple accounts with one payment?

Yes.

How do I add additional students at a later date?

Students can be added or removed using the Add/Delete students on the home page once you log in.

Can I set spending limits on my childís account?

Please contact your schoolís cafeteria manager to discuss setting up spending limits for your child. We look forward to adding this capability to MyPaymentsPlus in the near future.

Can a sibling at the same school use the same account?

Each student has a unique identification number. If siblings attend the same school, they would still need to use their individual ID/PIN when purchasing a meal in the cafeteria. Multiple children can be registered on a single MyPaymentsPlus account, and parents can add funds to all children within a single district in one easy, secure transaction.

How often do I have to re-register my account?

MyPaymentsPlus only requires a one-time, free registration. You will not need to re-register your account at any point, even if you have a new student entering the school system. Simply go to the "add/delete students" option under "preferences" on the home page and follow the simple instructions to add/delete your student.

How secure is my on-line or telephone transaction?

MyPaymentsPlus offers the 128 bit encryption with SSL/ secure socket layer. We are certified by VISA for its CISP/Cardholder Information Security program. This certification is VISA's highest security protocol.
