When the computer is turned the follwing error is displayed:
PXE-MOF Exiting Intel PXE Rom Drive not Ready-System Halted
Solution
This cryptic error means the computer cannot find a hard drive in your computer. Please create a support ticket and include the error message in your submission. If possible please include the invoice number from the back of the computer. Having the invoice number will expedite your repair.
