My computer gets to the login screen then a blue screen comes up with an OE error message.
Solution
Note: this is for Windows98 only.
There is a incompatibility between the old version of our anti-virus and the new version of Zenworks. We have fixed the problem but your anti-virus needs to be reinstalled for the fix to take effect.
Click START -> SETTING -> CONTROL PANEL
Doubleclick ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS
Click on 'eTrust InoculateIT' and remove it.
Reboot your computer and the updated anti-virus program will be installed automaticly.
