School Lunch Program
For the upcoming 2022-2023 school year, the only students that will receive free or reduced price meals are those meeting the eligibility requirements of the USDA Free and Reduced Price Meal Program. Free and Reduced Price Meal Applications will be available at all school sites during the summer and at the beginning of the new school year.

Launch of Reading 360 & PBS Collaboration; National & Local Celebrities Participating
The Tennessee Department of Education, in collaboration with Tennessee PBS, has launched Starting with Sounds, a Reading 360 statewide awareness campaign to help Tennessee parents and students understand the importance of reading in an engaging and fun way.

Congratulations to our Seymour HS Men's Wrestling Team for Placing 2nd in the TSSAA Region 3 Dual Tournament last night. Our Eagles Defeated Samuel Everett 40-31 in the Semi-Finals and wrestled 3rd Ranked Pigeon Forge for the Region Championship.Next up for the Eagles, Number 1 Ranked Signal Mountain on Friday in Chattanooga.

This week you can vote for your 2023
SHS King of the Court by voting with spare change in the bins/buckets outside the cafeteria. The candidates will have an introduction poster and a container to collect change. On Friday, January 27th all SHS students will have the
opportunity to make their voice heard by voting in an online vote for the senior boy they would like to see crowned Friday night. -
