  • USDA Extends Free Meals Program 

    Great news for all Tennessee students including any child enrolled in a Sevier County school: The USDA has extended the free meals program through the end of 2020.  Every student in our school will now receive free breakfast and lunch until December 31st, 2020.   • How to Receive Website Notifications 

    If you would like to stay up-to-date on important district and school-specific news and updates, be sure to download the SCSS app (free application available on both Apple and Android devices).  Once you have downloaded the app, click on the green Notifications button, click the Settings gear in the upper right hand corner of the screen, and select Pigeon Forge Intermediate.  This will allow you to receive push notifications when announcements are posted on our school website.  

    Other communication methods include Twitter, Remind, Class Dojo, and Gradebook Wizard.

  • Press Release: Opening of New Buildings

    The Sevier County School System is pleased to announce that the new Pigeon Forge Intermediate School will be open and ready to receive fourth, fifth, and sixth graders on Monday, August 17 (last names letters A-L) or August 18 (last names letters M-Z). Individuals with questions about the school's opening should contact Principal Wendy Patterson (wendypatterson@sevier.org). In addition, the restructuring and renovation of Pigeon Forge Junior High is complete and ready to welcome seventh, eighth, and ninth graders in Pigeon Forge on August 17 (last names letters A-L) or August 18 (last names letters M-Z).   • New Logo Announcement

    PFI, home of the Tigers, will feature a tiger’s paw as the focal point on our new logo. The paw is a strong, visible symbol that represents the strength and determination we hope to see in our students. Tigers are said to have willpower, courage and personal strength.

  • Sevier County Health Department Continues to Offer COVID-19 Testing

    The Sevier County Health Department is continuing to offer COVID-19 Testing. Starting Wednesday, June 3, COVID-19 testing will be by appointment only at the Sevier County Health Department. Testing will still be outside, and you will not have to leave your vehicle. To be tested, call 865.429.6232 to make an appointment.
