Mission: To prepare emerging leaders and entrepreneurs in marketing, finance, hospitality and management. DECA members are active in many of the school service projects, including collecting toys for Toys for Tots, helping with Thanksgiving Food Baskets, collecting coats/jackets for the Coat Drive, contributing to the annual Pink Drive, and more.
Purpose: To prepare students for entry into the workforce or postsecondary education.
Financial Obligation: Dues: $25.00; Various trips are possible throughout the year -- fundraising opportunities are available to reduce or eliminate out-of-pocket expense.
Meeting/Practice/Game Schedule: Until further notice, meetings will be as determined by Google Meet or in person as necessary while social distancing is in place. Meetings are typically held during class time; Officer meetings are scheduled as necessary.
Third Wednesday of each month - 9:30 - 9:40 a.m, after school as needed.
Seniors who meet all requirements are awarded with a blue DECA stole at graduation.
