This club is for students who want to become more physically fit and active. Students will advance in all running skills (pace, distance, coordination, etc.). In the fall, students work towards improving their mile time for PE. In the spring, students run relay races to practice track and field events. Students must be able to run 1 mile without stopping in order to participate in this club. We will meet Tuesdays after school from 3:15-4:15. You must provide a copy of a current physical to participate. There is no cost for materials.
Sponsors: Mrs. Shanton, Mrs. Stott, and Mr. Carter. The club will start in October.
