Pigeon Forge Intermediate’s Tiger Fit club will begin during the second six weeks of school where students will be performing various fitness exercises including but not limited to; Tabata, Hiit, Yoga, sprint workouts, endurance running, full-body workout, etc. Tiger Fit will physically enhance flexibility, strength, coordination, and body awareness.
To be part of Tiger Fit, a student must be willing and able to:
∙ Be recommended by a teacher based on academic standing and responsibility.
∙ Be able to attend meetings regularly once a week.
∙ Be willing to participate in all physical activities performed each session.
