Payroll Schedule

TENTATIVE DATES BASED ON ANNUAL SCHOOL CALENDAR WITH NO SNOW DAYS

    • All supplements are due including athletic, assistant principal, band, etc.
    • All supplemental pay for Bus Drivers and Custodians are due.
    • All salary worksheets from department heads are due.
    • All deduction requests: Credit Union, Dues, and Insurance are due.
    • All transcripts or experience to be considered for September payroll must be turned into Central Office.

    September 5, 2025 - 1st General Payroll Released

    • All deduction requests: Credit Union, Dues, and Insurance are due.
    • All supplemental pay for Bus Drivers and Custodians are due.
    • All salary worksheets from department heads are due.
    • All transcripts or experience for October payroll and retro must be turned into Central Office.
    • Annual deadline for enrollment of Tax Shelter Annuities.

    October 3, 2025 - 2nd General Payroll Released

    • All deduction requests: Credit Union, Dues, and Insurance are due.
    • All supplemental pay for Bus Drivers and Custodians are due.
    • All salary worksheets from department heads are due.

    Final request for Transcripts or Experience to be considered for the 2025-2026 school year must be turned into the Central Office.

    November 5, 2025- 3rd General Payroll Released

    • All deduction requests: Credit Union, Dues, and Insurance are due.
    • All supplemental pay for Bus Drivers and Custodians are due.
    • All salary worksheets from department heads are due.

    December 5, 2025 - 4th General Payroll Released

    December 12, 2025 – Longevity Salary Supplement Check

    • Closing 2025
    • Shutdown for calendar year
    • Federal Reconcilation
    • All deduction requests: Credit Union, Dues, and Insurance are due.
    • All supplemental pay for Bus Drivers and Custodians are due.
    • All salary worksheets from department heads are due. 

    January 5, 2026 - 5th General Payroll Released (Due to Holiday)
    January 16, 2026 - Career Ladder Checks Released

    • Career Ladder Checks Released
    • All deduction requests: Credit Union, Dues, and Insurance are due.
    • All supplemental pay for Bus Drivers and Custodians are due.
    • All salary worksheets from department heads are due.

    February 5, 2026 - 6th General Payroll Released

    • All deduction requests: Credit Union, Dues, and Insurance are due.
    • All supplemental pay for Bus Drivers and Custodians are due.
    • All salary worksheets from department heads are due.

    March 5, 2026 - 7th General Payroll Released

    • All deduction requests: Credit Union, Dues, and Insurance are due.
    • All supplemental pay for Bus Drivers and Custodians are due.
    • All salary worksheets from department heads are due.

    April 3, 2026 - 8th General Payroll Released

    • All deduction requests: Credit Union, Dues, and Insurance are due.
    • All supplemental pay for Bus Drivers and Custodians are due.
    • All salary worksheets from department heads are due.

    May 5, 2026 - 9th General Payroll Released

    • All deduction requests: Credit Union, Dues, and Insurance are due.
    • All supplemental pay for Bus Drivers and Custodians are due.

    June 5, 2026 - 10th General Payroll Released
    June 5, 2026 - Career Ladder Checks Released (or last day of school and will be direct deposit)

    June 30, 2026 - Final 1/2 Payroll for 12 Month Positions for 2025-2026 Year

  • All payroll information is due for the July 15, 2026 summer payroll.

    July 15, 2026 – First ½ Payroll for 12 Month Positions for 2026 – 2027 School Year
